We completed an engineered hardwood floor fitting at Osborne House on Wimbledon Park Road, SW19. The apartment required a full floor replacement — existing flooring stripped back, the concrete screed prepared and moisture-tested, and new wide-plank engineered boards installed throughout. The client selected a smoked brushed oak in a long plank format, which gave the open-plan space a warm, considered feel without being overly traditional.
